    Sit For Less

    Aeron_145
Recently we wrote a post regarding Niels Diffrient’s ergonomic task chair being one of the most inventive and comfortable office chairs on the market. Imagine my delight to find his "Freedom" chair available through an on line office chair retailer for a significant amount less.

Sit4less has a comprehensive selection of chairs ranging from the Herman Miller Eames Chair, Aeron chair, and Mira chairs to Humanscale’s "Freedom" chair.  The prices are greatly reduced from designer furniture store prices, for example the "Leap" chair from SteelCase, is a significant $800 less than list price and the Eames chair is $500 less than list.

Sit4less’ brand new executive chairs, task chairs, and office chairs, come with free shipping, but if you’re looking for an even greater discount on designer office chairs, check out the clearance section with discontinued and refurbished chairs, allowing you to sit for even less.

I have to say, office chairs do make a world of difference. I used to think the Aeron chair was another sign of American excess during the dot com era, but having worked in an office fully loaded with them I became a convert.

Years later, working from home I invested in a Herman Miller chair for my own office. I was at least savvy enough to buy it on sale via Amazon (who sold it to me through a company like sit4less). Cheap? No. Worth it? You betcha. Get them while their hot, folks. No seat feels better than one bought below retail!

    Amen to that sister!

After a a few months of back pain from my $40 office depot chair, I finally splurged for the Aeron. My back hasn't hurt ever since. I agree it was worth every penny. I wrote a full review of the Aeron on my blog if you want to check it out.
