I really thought that when I started working from home that I would eat healthier. It would mean no more fattening lunches with co-workers. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be working out that way.
Instead of taking the time to prepare a healthy lunch for myself, I tend to grab something quick. That "something quick" is usually not healthy. It is convenient. I am just too busy working to take the time to fix a proper lunch, right?
That way of thinking has put a few pounds on me. Yuck. Not only have I not been eating right, but I am also not getting the proper exercise. Walking around my own house is not the same as walking around a large office. I need to do something about this and there is no time like the present.
